Thanks for the responses,@Daniel Miller It is 110 years old and 3 story.I am going to view the property on Thursday to get an idea for the amount of repairs needed and type of neighborhood .

@Daniel Hamilton-Lowe I have some colleagues with portfolio's in Bloomington and they suggested Lori Abram with Choice Realty & Parker Management.I haven't worked with either one personally, they just come a referrals.

Hi Daniel,Narrow down your questions.CRE is HIGHLY focused at least for those brokers and agents who specialize and do high volume with sales.Talking to a tenants is different from a property owner etc.

Indiana withstood the last melt down better than many states due to the work of Mitch Daniels.
