I buy the locks on my personal Amrican Express so I get my points rewards and when my staff takes a lock we just cut me or American Express a check so i class it to the correct house on Quickbooks.

@Michael Hacker I absolutely agree that prefab constriction is going to become much more popular in the next few years but the skilled labor shortage will affect prefab shops, in the U.S. especially,  as much or more than on site construction. 

Most Americans don't understand strata so you need to explain what you mean and how it would impact the investment.

They’ve also done 100 studies that show people are too loyal to the companies they buy from and they rarely change rl shop around, especially after 2-3 years.
