You'd probably have more opportunities to use it in Arkansas but there are also areas on O'ahu that are USDA eligible.Another option though is a local credit union here is offering a 30 year fixed loan at 4%.

I had my bank mess up my property tax payments once and I made them write a letter explaining that they messed up and pay any late fees and they did.For the others, I'd talk to another bank or credit union to see if they are willing to work with you to transfer your mortgages over to them.
