My partner is looking for the BEST Commercial Leasing Agent in Chicago area/South suburbs.He recently acquired 50,000 sqf commercial space in one of the south suburbs and needs to fill the vacancies. 

Where did you go to acquire it?

and acquiring not property just yet, but more hands-on knowledge/skills?

I want to acquire some land (with a damaged house) cheap and the owner wants to sell it cheap.  

Being an employee working 1100 hours a year, I will be recording at least 1150 hours materially participating in acquiring, renting and managing/operating our rental properties.

I am in the process of acquiring two properties in Raytown and Independence and the quotes I have received from Farmers are over twice what the local folks are estimating on their turnkey ProFormas.  

It's clearly the #1 priority on his mind, and if there is any way I can help him with that, I'm sure he would pick me to sell to over others.I'm just trying to get creative in order to find a way to acquire this portfolio by helping with a big problem that he has ... any tips, advice, or experience is appreciated. :)

@Lisa Hoover, We live in a 3/1 house in the Woodlawn area which my wife was able to acquire through FHA.

I'd add that once you have rolled your LOC over enough times into cash you can use that to acquire revenue generating, cash flowing multi-fam properties.
