Investment Info:Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

By 2030, I plan on moving my family to Poland (my wife's native country) and so I am unsure what I will do for income then.

However, the owner has made professional additions such as a 500+ square feet family room and a 500 square feet deck, which greatly enhance its value.

Cleveland is a great marking to get a cash flowing single family or multi family at an affordable price.

I've done it for ~18-22K unit in multi-family properties, older ones that hadn't been updated in 25+ years and I did none of the work.
