It doesn't frame the door at all and accentuates the carport.Replacing/painting siding is too risky, so adding a tree to the left to hide the carport post and distract the eye would help.Adding a tall planter on the other side of the drive where your garden bed ends would help as well.Or a hanging planter off of the two posts - driveway left and porch left.Rick

If it's just wall moisture, no puddles, I'd put in two dehumidifiers and a couple fans.

In NC homes are either slab on grade or have a crawl space, I have seen homes where they have gone in and had new pipes put in through the attic, some have been done right and some not so much.

However, that may be changing with new rules and even if its not a large number of people are accredited investors on here, especially considering that one of the benefits of turnkey is that you don’t have to put in as much time and that for people living in NYC or CA the salary to become accredited is not very high by any means.2)Turnkey means different things to different people.
