At 200+ units, even we sometimes "win the lottery" with a bad renter.

Well, as much as I wish I could say I'm planning on purchasing the property, it unfortunately isn't in my financial cards at this time (Debt to Income isn't quite good enough, and credit score could use some work as well), so I will unfortunately have to let this beautiful beast pass me by.

Booking through platforms offers liability protection, as well as, credit card processing, not to mention marketing.

To me it just makes sense, you learn first hand how to manage a property, make cash flow or live for cheap/free it's  a win win.

It is your calling card online, your digital identity.

Being w/in the city limits of Chicago will save you A LOT on taxes VS being a short distance away in Elmwood Park or Norridge.

Of course you'd want to make sure it was a win win for the agent as well
