Those products will most likely have higher interest rates. 

I have made a couple of videos about this on my YouTube channel about this very thing because it happens all the time.

I've seen some of the free webinars that BP hosts, and they seem to boil down to essentially the same content (not meaning to knock them, or disrespect them in any way): find deals, and run them through the BP calculator to evaluate them, and move on the ones that make sense based on your assets/market/numbers/etc.I've heard that there is a ton of video content once you become a pro member, and am thinking of pulling the trigger, and was wondering if they end up going more into depth or if they run through different scenarios etc.

I've seen your BP video and have listened to a few of your podcasts.

Some really great videos and people that helped us were BiggerPockets (there are a ton of videos/podcasts on there that you can listen to or watch), Pace Morby (he teaches a lot about creative finance and how you can use different tools to invest in real estate), I also really like Wholesaling Inc.

We have followed the BRRRR method throughout, and always refi'd into the 30-year FNMA/FHLMC backed products; always in separate names to allow my wife and me to maximize that cheap money (you can each do 10 loans).
