I used to do the quantity method, but changed over time.

Just one tiny example - the undergrads I had to kick out for noise and partying, had a party one night and someone stood on the toilet and attempted to pee out the window above the toilet - through the window screen.  

For instance, in CA when it starts to rain, you will often be invaded by these tiny ants we call cement ants - they usually live under sidewalks or cement porches, and when their ant condos get flooded, they invade your home.
