You would have to remove the wires run conduit and install new wires in conduit. 

There are no toilets installed in the home.

I understand to pay in installments as work is completed but what is a fair price for the GC, how should we determine his/her compensation? 

For instance, if the garage has a slab floor, somebody would have had to jackhammer through it to install the waste line to the toilet. 

Just spent lots of time reading the various magazines (Architectural Digest is a great one - it has almost nothing to do with architecture and is all design and interior decorating), ordering books from Amazon, spending hours walking the isles at the tile/flooring shops, checking out other websites like pintrest, houzz, wayfair, etc.
