With that said, there can be some pretty sweet cash flow in these types of units especially small Multi Fam.

If you don't want to work with an agent the way to find the listing agent's phone number is the first suggested agent on zillow when looking at a property, it should say listing agent next to their name.

Make sure that when you are getting the property under contract that the buyer is your name and then "and/or assigns".
