For example: say you submit a Purchase Agreement/Offer using Realtor #1 for Property A and then you use another agent, Realtor #2 to submit a Purchase Agreement/Offer for Property B and the seller on Property B accepts your offer and you are in escrow...you are now in a binding agreement with only Realtor #2 for that particular transaction to purchase Property B, not Property A.
