The inspector pointed out multiple items but I am stuck to take a decision on two things specifically:(1) The side entrance is missing flashing over the awning.

Any specific resources you can recommend (maybe a YouTube channel or something) that might help me make sense of this? 

I specifically say that it must be a direct purchaser with cash in hand and no assignments.
