Enter in the parcel number or name on the deed and see what information they provide you such as assessed value, last sale, size, zoning, etc.You could also call the Planning & Zoning or Building Dept. and see what the allowable uses are for that property's zoning designation.

If not, you can shift the image up or down a quarter inch at a time until it does.OR.....Hire a graphic design student at your local college to do this for a 6 pack and some pizza.Best of luck :-)

The design process can often take longer than the permitting process and so purchasing pre-designed plans online can cut out a lot of time for that scope (not to mention the amount of money saved).
