I would look for homes that already have a new a.c. and roof.

I deal with all aspects of the Construction Industry, specifically the carpentry side of things.

Mine includes, roof, floors, appliances, hot water heaters, hvac, siding, etc.

I thought this was just about as good as it gets, and that I was King of the Hill.The problems with being a landlordI must admit: even then, certain aspects of being a landlord did not make me feel like a “lord” or king at all.
