Cleveland Heights has pockets there are areas that are superior over others in Cleveland Heights just like any other neighborhood this can range due to dependence on what school district they attend (I think part of Cleveland Hts attends East Cleveland schools which are F rated) or due to proximity to amenities (we have Coventry Rd and Lee Rd here that offers some restaurants, bars, etc that are more of the "hip" areas.

Oh yeah, the water is still shut off.

In the jurisdictions that I'm familiar with, restaurants for example require more parking than other uses, so if you have several restaurant tenants, you may not have enough parking spots on your site to meet local requirements.Hope that helps!

@Thomas Hatley in Texas, if someone open and notoriously lives and occupies a property, pays  no rent for 10 years, it might just be an open and shut case of adverse possession, you would need to buy the home also from the crazy "tenant" tooand that seller is either also skitzo or more likely just full of bull Might want to check your state laws there where the property is. 

Hello,My insurance company is threatening to cancel my home insurance if I don't install auto shut off valve within few weeks.

Yesterday I was reminded of that fact when the city (Norwood, OH) placed a notice on my door stating my water is to be shut-off "as soon as one day".

Is being in town close to everything aka walking distance to bars and restaurants outperform a quiet setting outside of town perform or can they do ust as well. 

Without a floor drain the dehumidifier will shut off when bucket is full of water.

Close to restaurants, shopping etc will be nice.
