We could refi and get some of the cash out, but that would remove any of the cashflow we have currently, which doesn't seem to make sense.

Can you secure a seller's home, and stay in the middle (sandwich lease option) for 180 days, and if the tenant buyer does not exercise their option, remove them and move on to a new tenant for another 180 days until you find a tenant who excercises their option?

And I do negotiate on those.. we read the settlement statements there Is no question they try to pop in little charges and I get them removed.
