To earn more capital,  think in terms of sharpening the wheel and making more money at your job and or developing side income generating businesses that can supplement your primary source of income.  

However, if you are able to create parking in the rear you would get wayyyyy more.

I'm too old to reinvent the wheel and, with a family to feed, I don't have time for much trial and error and need to start making money to support my family. 

The wheels of that dept move too slowly here in Indianapolis.

I also removed the sliding glass door to the upstairs deck that has been demo'd and framed it in for a windowHere is a view from the rear.

Reinventing the wheel I understand this is a “cowboy” business filled with creative entrepreneurial Type A personalities who all think they know better; however, right now is NOT the time to try new ideas!

I am tired of busting my rear for a company that pays me $12 and watch as fellow co-workers stand around, or disappear for 20-30 minutes at a time. 

@Dev Horn Anyone have an old daisy-wheel printer that still works.  

So far I have not taken the time to develop a real database system and to be honest I would rather not reinvent the wheel. 

I live full time in my 5th wheel and these spaces are in HUGE demand with a pathetic supply.
