Can someone advice me of a way other than credit cards to get the capital to rehab the property and get rolling toward being a multi door investor?  

I have some credit card debt, a personal loan and a primary residence with 80k equity but I still owe alot on the mortgage.

It was because I didnt have credit cards or other credit lines.

Eventually he couldn't pay any of his credit card bill and was evicted. 

Hi Andrew,Start going to local real estate meetups.Have some basic business cards made up with your name, cellular number and (1) email address.

I'm going to set it up today, including ordering business cards, etc.

I have heard that post cards do not always get the best responses, so I was going with a more personalized envelope.

I would send them a $50 gift card or something!

Not a get out of real estate license free card. 

@Mouhamad Rahal in todays market there are so many apps that give you cash directly into your account like cash app, venmo, with these company's the customer cant get the cash back i.e. like if it was a credit or debit card transaction they could dispute the charge and potentially get their cash back.
