At this point whether or not you get laid off is pure speculation.

You can narrow down the buffet of choices pretty easily by eliminating options that purely just don't fit your strengths, goals or time commitment.

The most impactful thing you can do, especially right out of the gate, is focus on pure volume of conversations.

It's all about finding (super-cheap) deals - pure and simple!

To do so, I can either:1) Pull it out prior to  purchase of the replacement property but lose an amount taxed as pure profit (20% times 80k) or2) Execute the next purchase, then refi pulling out 80k or more at the cost of refinancing.Is that about correct?

My strategy is pure Wholetail.  

I'm just used to analysing deals purely on cash on cash and cashflow.
