Landlords and Rental Property Investors- what are your favorite neighborhoods in Indy to invest in rental properties? 

We own a single-family rental property with a spacious yard and an external garage that needs to be demolished.

Mililani is a really good market, so getting a fixer upper property at a low end will be harder.

We currently have a small rental property in Los Angeles thats cashflowing about $500 a month.  

Copy and paste the mailing address in google and once you see a homebuyer related website call the number let them know you find properties based off investor criteria and ask for acquisition manager.

Time to acquisition is important for an 85% complete property depending on what is missing.

I go and stay at my STR a few times a year to check in on the property and make updates or repairs where it is needed.

Make sure to get a thorough inspection on properties in Newark.
