Right now I'm looking to join my local REIA which is SJREIA, and I've started looking into material right now.

She knows the material well and gave some great strategies and tips for studying and for exam day.The State gives you 3 hours and 15 mins to complete the exam.

The trailer would be perfect for remodel jobs, if I decide to flip and buy materials myself as I did when I use to help flip homes and worked as mgr on projects.

Is there a required book for the exam or is it like the SAT's, GMAT's etc.. where there is no required study material so you choose whichever one you want?

There are hours and hours of video, instructional materials, and exercises to increase your knowledge and get you going.3) Activity - John is still out there doing it today, plus he's humble about it.

I've had several burst pipes under slabs (unlikely due to freezing...more likely due to inferior building materials), and have never had to break concrete to fix the problem.

Have the discipline to NOT buy properties that don't pan out when due dil reveals material problems.There are probably properties I didn't buy that would have worked out well.  

I have seen a few questionable people promoting themselves here however so I wanted to create this post for the protection of everyone.
