As the saying goes leave it to the professional..Be a great CUSTOMER to the contractor , but of course do your homework on the contractor!

One has a hard deadline otherwise the buyer may lose the home and the lender may lose the ability to provide the loan.

You're being asked to pay $3000 to learn lending from a man that has zero formal credit background, lost his professional license in AZ, and who didn't even get into real estate until 2011...so he's never been through a downturn.
