Hello Bigger Pockets members,I am new to real estate and real estate investing and I am really excited and looking forward to learning from and contributing to the Bigger Pockets community.I am in the process of searching for my first investment property in McHenry county, IL and any advice for the newbies like me is much appreciated.

Jonesboro AR’s exciting housing market has been drawing attention from investors all over the country.
