It's making my life REALLY easy.While the Pro versions under the Chief Architect brand are somewhat pricy, the "consumer" versions under the "Home Designer" brand preserve a great deal of the functionality, with a much more modest price point.

Thankfully, our current home is worth around $400/sqft so we would break even if we built it for that much.the casita would have fully function - full bath, washer/dryer, studio vs. 1 bedroom or loft. at around 400-500 sqft.Anyone have any experience with building an in-law unit?

this is why on our website we have a compare function in a quick glance you can compare cities and its all the cities that the folks above mention and or work in or sell in.. the key as we say 1000 times on BP it all comes down to not buying in a Ghetto War zone and property management.. those are the keys.. and of course getting a home inspection just like you would buy any other house...

I have written about successfully getting lenders to allow instalment sales, besides that if push comes to shove, refinance it, get a real buyer to sell the property in a partnership or wholesale the entire arrangement, get the buyer to partner and buy....lots of solutions to play heads up ball instead of using convoluted agreements trying to get out of the responsibilities related to these deals.

That is the basic function but the whole platform will provide the info, data alerts, access to lenders (private and banks), built in email blasts with custom created marketing pieces white labeled with your branding.
