Hello everyone I feel like I'm gonna get some flack for posting this but to those of you who wanna complain bust out those keyboard you warrior you.So basically my father received inheritance from his parents.

Growing up I did not have much education on how to keep a steady income as my mother raised us as a single parent and was working paycheck to paycheck with 7 kids.

But by the sounds of it, it could just be kids sleeping in the bed with parents or on a couch.

My parents have a duplex with bad tenants in both units.

I never learned anything about it in school, never asked my parents, or anything so it's a huge gap in my knowledge and I'm not sure how to look this up. 

I already see couples no longer able to live with parents with the new babies crying etc.
