Hi Jonathan, I own 23 units in the area and manage another 170 for other investors. 

To make my point, if you own a property and have an amazing 2% interest rate but only cash flow $100 per month but can buy 4 units and cash flow $400 per month but have a terrible 10% interest rate all things equal would you not do it?

I have never owned a home myself let alone invested in one.

I also put in two properties that I own, one has 18 years left on a 20yr fixed and the other has been paid off in cash.

During the conversation he mentioned that a lady who is the administrator for the estate that owns a mobile home  located about 1,000 feet from my driveway was getting ready to sell the property.

Hello,I was recently told that if I or my partner personally complete work on one of our flips that we own under and LLC that it voids the liability coverage within the LLC and we as individuals would open ourselves up to Liability.

You'll get high quality tenants who can pay their own rent and they pay on time.
