60/40 comm split, guaranteed buyers lead, lots of help and structure, DOWNSIDE, all deals are put under the lead agents name, if I leave I don't get to take any of my clients brought in, and i'm not building my own brand/business, essentially just helping build someone else's business.B) Go independent with a large national brand, 70/30 comm split to start, plenty of training options, office fee's seem reasonable.

What types of things do you think might be helpful/positive to say to them that as ongoing customers of mine that I might not have thought of?

I spent 2 days with a coaching client, in Salt Lake last week, driving for dollars among other training activities.

But this is a small unit, where the third bedroom/den has no window, and the property is close enough to a busy street and train tracks that you can hear the truck traffic and the train. 

I have been training for my first triathlon which has been an interesting experience. 

When I start my company that will have plenty of units I would like to start a pm business that I can train to suit my business.

Set up a keyword search for Kansas City so you can see ongoing conversations about the area.  

The 'model' we are working on is that they will put up the down payment, and we would do ALL the work of finding, rehabbing, finding and placing tenants and all ongoing PM and the like.

If you want to do comercial deals CCIM is the best training available.
