Squeaky wheel get the oil, get on the city council agenda for that month and tell them you are trying to clean up and bring in more houses and increase the city tax base plus those new houses will add to the water and sewer and trash base.

If you deduct actual expenses, you can deduct the cost of the following items: Depreciation Lease payments, Registration, Garage rent, Licenses, Repairs, Gas, Oil, Tires, Insurance, Parking fees, Tolls etc If you use your vehicle for both business and personal purposes, you must divide your expenses between business and personal use.

I would say that mineral rights in Oregon, unless they are in gold mining territory, may not be worth as much a mineral rights in Oklahoma where they are on full tilt with oil and gas exploration.A small portion of my mineral rights are paying a small dividend.

Not an easy license to get.Boats will need to be USCG compliant and you'll have inspections, they aren't just checking for life jackets, it's a survey (like an appraisal or home inspection, but worse, like checking air cleaner connections, oil or water leaks, service records, etc.
