Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.

Ever since I have been listening and learning about all the amazing ways to begin a Real Estate Investing future I have began to notice things I would have never seen had I not began my path towards Real Estate investing, just driving the same route back from my work everyday I began to notice houses with for sale signs in the lawns, houses that have been renovated and houses next door that haven't, almost like the law of attraction if you will lol!

Got nostalgic over the weekend and thought about what I would love to tell my 20 / 30 year old selves, but realized they wouldn't listen anyway....What 20 won't believe-You're going to spend a lot of money on dating but not date your future wife until after 30.
