I thought I might try and be as active as I can until summer ends. 

There needs to be a valid reason for us to be together.If you just want to see someones face there are numerous ways to do that.

It's been a very exciting couple months and I'm actively looking for my first deal.

I started my online RE license course for Washington State, until I realized half way through that for my license to be active, I have to get a job working for a brokerage.

I’ll be looking to join meet ups and I’ll be active on these forums gathering all the info I possibly can.
