It has been a long journey from deciding we wanted to get into rental properties to actually finding something we were interested and getting through all the details.I have gone through many posts, web pages, etc, about Accounting Software (most people seem to use Quickbooks) and seen many posts about "Property Management" software.  

We use ACH or web bill pay for collecting rents.

I'm new to this and have not been able to find anything on the web about leasing an entire mobile home park.

I have used the easy route in the past by buying a fill-in form from the web, but I have an addendum sheet I wish to add, as well as some other areas for initialing by the renter in the standard version.

I have some web development skills, though I am most passionate about health & fitness, and languages.
