Does that just increase your hold time, so decreases real estate activity?

I am really into real estate and I want to start as soon as possible, however I am studying abroad, and I'm constantly travelling.

The main issue I see there is the higher maintenance costs, especially if you are no longer local when you turn the property into an STR.

Based on my knowledge of real estate and irrevocable trusts (not a whole lot but enough) it doesn't sound like there was anything done illegally.

I am going to lend my own funds to a real estate investment company of which I own 50% of to purchase RE.
