I am a newbie and was wondering how wise is it to self-manage a 1-bedroom condo in a decent neighborhood?

Leads are sometimes texting us back at the number we are calling from, however we're unable to respond because the Twilio numbers we're using aren't A2P verified. 

For those of you who are familiar with how to open an entity in your state, how to stay self motivated, how to make effective phone calls, and just operate in a professional manner, the first half of the training may seem slow/repetitive.

Once we start talking about bigger pieces of land that that woulud appear to developers (i.e. homebuilders or developers who do self storage, medical office, industrial, retail/commercial) then I usually can market to them without necessarily having to put on the market, because I know who the players are in SoCal, and that helps especially when seller doesn't want to do an exclusive listing, but will let you bring offers off market.But in general, for random pieces of land that aren't necessarily for the big developers/builders, you certainly need to put it on the market. 

. ++ The best part about STR is that it can be self managed from a distance very easily if you choose the right market.

Have had crew's up to 9 men.It's almost a full time job just supplying product,  let alone babysitting them.9 men can do 4-6  four Plexes in 6 weeks .But ,  yes it took half of my day to and 2-4 hours every morning or evening getting product.Every one of my guys were, self employed for the daily work and paid cash every Friday. 

There is always a deal to be had.Be quick, buy with cash and close quick.Need to up the game with direct mailers again, haven't sent them in a while and with the market shifting it's tougher nowadays. 

Last on the list is many also "self manage the property", guess what happens if there ever is a lawsuit?
