I'm laying the metal roofing sheets across the entire width of the trailers matching the curve of the roof. 

@Quinyana MosleyI just picked up “Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing” by @Michael Blank.I haven’t quite finished it yet, but it lays out really well the steps you should take and will definitely help get you to where you’re going.

Subway tile isn't necessarily the cheapest option, you might want to look at some of the larger porcelain tiles, etc.

tile showers as welldouble sinks.. etc etc..225k a foot for us would be top of the line custom..

I wouldn't want them laying around personally.

Some of the nicer places could still use a little updating (tile and granite in the kitchen and hardwood floors) but the price doesn't really reflect that. 

Both are worth checking out and great places to get a good lay of the land.

Its just not where our skills lay.

They are moving and they have to pay security and this much for oil and it is November and they will need to fill the tank right away so that is money they need to lay out even if you don't require a fuel deposit.
