They do typically maintain the outdoors  / landscaping, the exterior and the roof.

[5 days] Final installation of lighting fixtures and electrical plates.Final hardware of doors and cabinets which includes knobs, hinges, plates.Interior trim work.

Can anyone with experience in this please shed some light on this?

With condos instead of budgeting for major expenses like roof, ext paint, landscaping etc the association takes care of those and you pay the maint fee instead.  

Can a veteran house flipper or rehabber shed some light on key points to look at when flipping?

The First, Last and Security would solve a lot of the problems, but, with a $1000 a month for rent, that would mean that the prospective tenant has to have $3000 up front, plus the deposits for Light, Water, Cable and their Phone.

We did this only a couple of times, usually when a wife would ask for some minor items like extra outlets or upgraded lights and verbally assure us that the extra would be paid for later.

Beltline CEO position has had turnover recently so we're waiting to hear what, if any, new approaches there will be.Southside (connecting East & West) is 5 - 6 years from completion, but there's a good chance it will 'open' as a path without the big infrastructure investments that delayed the other two sections already opened.Probably the biggest piece of news unknown is whether light rail will be included for all of the Beltline.
