As far as areas outside of Indy - there are much less competitive markets close-by for sure.If you're looking to get into buy and hold rentals - areas I've been keeping my eye on is 16 Tech and Riverside.

I was hesitant since I know the market is so hot right now.

Any advice as far as first steps to take?
