We both appraise property the rest of the day.When a project is complete and its time to sell he will oversee our staff running internet and web ads, we put it in the MLS after a couple weeks with a flat rate listing, and he will put out the signs, etc. and show the property to any non-represented buyers.

I was bounced between the paralegal, loan development manager, loan processor...for a good part of the day and none of them could answer my question.Out of the three tenants, one of them refused to sign the more complicated estoppel, and another one is out of town and internet was down - can't even see the letter, and the third one don't understand the language in the estoppel enough to decide to sign or not sign.and yes, the subordination clause was a major issue, my attorney said the same.

If the Section 8 tenant doesn't pay their portion of the rent or cause damage you the landlord can report them, server them notice and notify their case worker - after investigation, they can lose their voucher.

Yes, you can report him to the RE Commission, depending on what the advertising says, you could call the Attorney General's Fraud Tip Line, HUD Fraud Tip Line, and his local police department may have an internet task force as well.
