When a tenant says, "I need more time" without providing an actual date, that's usually a bad sign.I would start the eviction process, period.

If for any reason the tenant didn't allow access at the appointed date & time, they didn't get the reward!

Get a letter from your employer showing your wage, start date and type of employment (full time hopefully).

Received closing credit and a rent credit at closing for possession after closing date (more beneficial for me to close end of 2020).

In certain markets, it does look like tenants have stayed on top or up to date on their rent.
