Down time is a REQUIREMENT, even if it's several hours on a single day without any technology etc.

With new technology coming out regularly, I am putting the old question through new paces.

I went back to school, got my degree in Business Technology Administration and started working in the web industry. 

The web site list will normally be updated daily via the technology staff after normal working hours.

I'm currently a sales manager for a technology company and many of the skills I have learned- from cold calling, networking, rapport building, and creating value- they're all skills that can be transferred and utilized in REI.

I do not do a whole weekend but I try to have a "no technology day" once a month.
