^^AKA I charge at least 0.5% more than everyone else in the SoCal market, and can't read the post which clearly states that this thread is in regards to buying property, not selling and am using Bigger Pockets exclusively to try and find new clients. 

With the trade war and certain industries struggling, there is some uncertainty there.

With the internet at everyone's fingertips its sometimes gets a bit much seeing all of the information out there and I would love to have discussions to see everyone's experiences in the industry so far.

It's been a very disappointing experience to be screwed over in this industry.  

More industry is moving here and so are people for job opportunities or retirement.

I work a full-time job in the healthcare industry and my interest towards real estate investments in Charlotte stems from how beautiful of a city it is and my thought that in the coming 5-10 years, it is posed to experience aggressive expansion.

Its nice to see the different view points of others who are in the industry.

Keep in mind, cheapest coverage isn't always the best, as it usually comes with additional exclusions.

These list agents have often been in the industry much longer than I have been so it must not be as common among strictly retail transaction realtors.
