I see people saying remember to include your Insurance , are they talking about home insurance or renters insurance ????

Some lessons learned, ownership is expensive and time consuming, roommates never want to help with house improvements, and make sure to include the income on taxes.

This property is a bit of a unicorn in the market and location as far as fitting the bill on exactly what my parents are looking for in a rural property,  including a second dwelling.  

Yes, your rate of interest will be affected as now you will have to include Mortgage insurance. 

General thoughts and questions I have include:1. 

Replacing all light fixtures, faucets, doors, door knobs, ceiling fans, every inch of wall was repainted, all moulding from brown to white, new laminate flooring through the whole first floor and vinyl in the bathrooms, repainted the deck, and really landscaped outside, as well as a brand new porch.

Should cost around $500 and includes a rescope.

We are talking all real estate; including people retiring, like the one that sell their homes and buys another in Florida.

There is a cleaning fee included that pays for the house cleaning.I use a lock box for the key.I have wifi thermostats so I can save on the electric bill when no one is there.
