Be aware that many builder's contracts stipulate that the model home host does not speak on behalf of the builder (which is crazy because they are employed by the builder), so make sure anything you get in writing from the builder is signed by the designated broker for the builder, not just the agent on site.

Most of the better hosts will Screen their guests to make sure they are legit.

We hosted a meetup in Nashville last week and will look to do another event in a month.

Furnished with basics, and leveraged our Super-host status to rent out 2 BRs for immediate income, with two 3 month guests currently.Allows us to hop around from the Northeast to the south, while providing housing to visiting scholars, educational consultants, visiting nurses, visiting parents, etc.
