I've come to realize, for a variety of personal reasons (busy job, young family, some health issues, and other personal reasons) that I will very likely need a property manager.

Hi Everyone,I am finishing up the inspection period on a duplex in Minneapolis and there are a decent amount of health and safety issues including mold/moisture in the occupied unit.

Yeah, it's buckled, and pretty badly, but it's not endangering anyones health.
