I am currently in the process of negotiating (as a landlord/developer) either a ground lease or buit to suit type of lease with a large corporate gas/convenience operator and am in need of someone that has experience with either types of leases as well as dealing with gas/convenience store corporates.

They come where ever is convenient for their clients and I believe they will do double closings although I myself have never done one with them.

Sadly real estate sellers, whether overseas (or in the US or sellers or whatever for that matter) tend to only mention the positives of their products and conveniently forget the negatives.

Is the condo more convenient for your travel to work?

(Also put a garbage disposal in, as it helps prevent clogged pipes, is seen as a convenience and is cheap.) 

And if that still wasn't reasonable I guess I would have went with a non-video doorbell.My main goal is the convenience.
