The water is rock hard in vegas but less than 25% of the houses have them. 

What I am saying is that management companies are caught between a rock and a hard spot and they have limitations that are not their fault because they may mean well and want to watch your back, but many investors will dump their management companies when the management companies don't show a juicy profit on the books.

With Stockton University building a new campus, hard rock casino coming in and Ocean Resorts re opening the old Revel I really feel that the city is on the verge of a turn around.

Ended up doing all new floors, paint throughout, new sheet rock ceilings, cabinet painting, and countertop replacement.

I dont ever intend on being a sheetrock installer, so I hire someone to install sheet rock.

I would recommend investing in the Midwest City that you are best able to develop your team of rock stars.It does not matter where you start as long as you develop your Core 4.
