Hi @Daniel FierrosIt's all depend on the market how much will it take to rehab and if you can not find any new homes around, maybe is not a good idea to just keep it for the land.Most of the time building for ground will cost you more that rehab and in a lot of market it doesn't make sense.Good luck!

When he takes a break he pointed the roller up and sits the other end of the extension pole on the ground, and he pushed the pole inside this cup holder thing, so it won't tip over...while he smoked a cigarette in one hand and worked his mobile phone with the other hand.Then I noticed he walked funny, dragging his feet.

It can be a little frustrating because there will be some stubborn tiles that you'll have to use a ton of force to dislodge from the ground, but it's doable.
