I think on this particular lot that $2200 would still leave some room for some profit but if I went through a traditional closing, it would eat up a good chunk of the profits.

If it's a super common name (John Smith or something) then there's room for doubt, but if it's not a common name it's pretty likely your applicants, and I would send them an email saying I was turning them down due to an eviction on their record and let them try to explain it.

Water "wasted" is not lost like energy that is wasted (leaking toilet water remains in the hydraulic cycle where as the light on in a room no one occupies is gone forever).

A lot of these organisations / people / groups have free or low cost meetings where you can learn from a speaker at the front of the room (who is usually pitching something) but the other people in the room are all of mixed experience background and needs who you can learn as much from if not more when having a basic conversation that is often best started with a simple 'hello i'm Craig, What are you here for and how might i be able to help you?'
