They are usually so much better at going out and getting their food than agents.

My knowledge is a bit localized but it's still food for thought. 1 year leases help to keep vacancy rates minimal.

Also figure out the price for material, delivery and hauling away the old shingles as once the owner knows that, he may realize he's not saving that much...plus he has to factor in his flight, hotel and food to get to the US and time off his current job.
