I always get a good  laugh when I sit down at a retail branch to open a business banking account and the banker glances over my operating agreement for 2-3 minutes.

Curious to know if anyone has had good or bad experiences with them.

I would recommend getting a good cpa as the process is daunting on their end but mine did great. 

Then throw in that you as a person gave an entity a property for free (QCD it to your LLC), do you think a good attorney would basically say this is commingling as the LLC does not pay the mortgage, the mortgage is in your name....

I'm not concerned, but it's always a good idea to have cash reserves.Our Lake House was perfect as an escape and still have fun stuff to do while staying away from people.
